Tim Scruggs Power 9ball tour

As the tournament season begins, we see the start of the 2nd season with the Tim Scruggs Power 9 ball tour. This years tour kicks off at Diamond Billiards on October 11th. The 2nd and 3rd events are at Drexeline on October 25th and Cue n Cushion (Newark) on November 8th respectively. There are 14 scheduled events. Three new host rooms have agreed to be part of the tour. Concord Billiard Club, in Concordville, Pa., Cue n Cushion in Newark De., and Markley Billiards in Norristown, Pa. are proud to be associated with this high quality type of event.
This tour is by no means a money making gimmick put together by the poolroom owners. The tour is produced expressly for the promotion of the sport and the encouragement of the talented shooters in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In turn, the tour hopes to develop those who will become the stars for the future by creating a regular venue of competition, in which those who wish to hone their skills can compete with quality competition.
Players interested in participating should contact any of the rooms listed in this article or send an email to MABN for more information. Those who don't have the skills to compete at this level but love to watch pool or learn how the game SHOULD be played, should attend these events. Last year every week was exciting and competitive.
